Apple Bar, Bilpin, NSW - Review & Chef Video Interview

I had a recent trip to visit some friends in Bilpin. Of course I packed the camera & shot some vision. I was lucky enough to try some local food & meet local chef Michael Jaggard who spoke to me about his career & approach to food. Bilpin is a must do trip for all Sydney siders, it is only 90 minutes west of Sydney with lot's to do & some amazing Australian history.

The menu features great local food sourced from the region. Features a stunning locally made Bilpin Mountain Apple Cider. I tried the aged beef it was amazing. Get your bum up there & try the food & accommodation.

Small Stories Big Picture - 2010 Surry Hills, Sydney, Australia.

A short film by Jamie Andrei.

I took my video camera instead of stills to document a day out with friends & the spirit of the event.

It is one of the best initiatives I have participated in, we had a great day meeting new people & getting to know a part of the city that we take for granted. Common courtesy, exploration & openness to your fellow man is still alive in parts of Sydney. This event really helps to re-enforce these social bonds. Really well done.
